Olle
For some plantlovers, going on vacation is a dread, forcing different self-watering solutions for the period the plants are left alone. But what if we would use self-watering systems also in our everyday lives? Granting our plants a greater sense of autonomy.
Olle – a swedish Olla
Using terracotta for self-watering purposes are a tradition in many regions, an example being Spanish ollas. The porosity of the terracotta allows the plant regulate water levels according to its own needs, allowing even those with less green thumbs to be able to care for their plants in an easier manner. Olle is meant to be placed in the soil of indoor planters all year round, so that there are no needs for special solutions during vacation days.
